Sint Eustatius (Saint-Eustache), petite île des Antilles néerlandaises, fut au XVIIe–XVIIIe siècle l'un des entrepôts commerciaux les plus actifs des Caraïbes, surnommé « The Golden Rock ». Une communauté sépharade marchande y était établie, participant au négoce entre l'Europe, les Amériques et les autres îles ; un cimetière juif témoigne encore de cette présence.
