רעגיסטער איבערשנײַד · באַהיטער, נישט באַזיצער
Mombasa, principal port du Kenya, accueillit aux XIXe–XXe siècles des marchands juifs originaires de Bagdad et d'Inde, insérés dans les réseaux commerciaux de l'océan Indien et de l'Afrique orientale britannique. Cette présence, essentiellement mercantile, ne constitua jamais une communauté structurée au sens institutionnel du terme.
