Ville de Serbie centrale dans la région de Rasina, Kruševac comptait une petite communauté juive séfarade active dans le commerce jusqu'à la Seconde Guerre mondiale. La communauté fut déportée et exterminée par les forces d'occupation nazies en 1941–1942.
