Khoms (al-Khums) est un port de Tripolitaine situé à l'emplacement de l'antique Leptis Magna, l'une des plus grandes cités romaines d'Afrique. Une communauté juive y est attestée de l'époque romaine jusqu'au XXe siècle, participant au commerce maritime méditerranéen.
