Horodok (Gródek Jagielloński en polonais), ville de Galicie (oblast de Lviv, Ukraine), abritait une communauté juive attestée depuis le XVIe siècle, intégrée aux réseaux commerciaux de la région de Lviv. Lors de la Shoah, sous occupation allemande à partir de 1941, la communauté fut exterminée lors de plusieurs Aktionen successives.
