Molotov cocktails are thrown at night against the synagogue and the Kahal Adass Jisroel community center in Berlin, which also house a school and a nursery. The projectiles land on the pavement and against the façade without causing a fire.

The attack comes a few days after the massacre carried out in Israel and at a time when hostile demonstrations are taking place in several districts of the German capital. Kahal Adass Jisroel is the heir to a Berlin congregation founded in the nineteenth century and re-founded after reunification: targeting this precise location, in the city where the destruction of European Judaism was decided, was received in Germany as a breach of the commitment made since the war.
