German police, aided by local police, round up Jewish families from Antwerp to the Malines barracks.

In Antwerp, the city that was home to the largest Jewish community in Belgium, the occupying forces carried out nighttime raids in the streets of the diamond district and in residential buildings. The Antwerp municipal police, unlike that of Brussels, lent their assistance to the operations. Those arrested were taken to the Dossin barracks in Malines, from which convoys departed for Auschwitz.
