A town in the black earth region occupied in autumn, Kursk sees its Jews summoned under threat, registered then taken to the anti-tank ditches on its outskirts where they are shot.
Kursk is occupied in the autumn and placed under military administration for more than a year. The Jews who were unable to leave the city are registered, required to wear the distinctive sign and perform forced labor, then gathered and led out of the city to be shot.
