An ordinance dissolves Jewish organizations in Germany and replaces them with a single association, placed under police supervision and tasked with executing its orders.

An association is established by decree to bring together, by compulsion, all Jews of the Reich, regardless of their prior religious affiliation. Placed under the direct supervision of the police, it is charged with responsibility for schools, welfare, and emigration, and becomes the instrument through which orders will be transmitted. Local communities in Germany lose their autonomy in the process.
