B02 · paragraph / arabic ١ - يعاقب بعد ثبوت الجرم امام المحاكم بغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين دينارا ولا تزيد على مائتين وخمسين دينارا او بالحبس لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة اشهر ولا تتعدى السنة الواحدة او بكلتا العقوبتين . أ - كل شخص يقدم عن علم بيانات او معلومات كاذبة او يخفي اية معلومات من واجباته بيانها اما بغية الحصول على خفض او تنزيل او خصم اورد مبالغ من ضريبة فرضت عليه او على غيره او يرتكب الاعمال نفسها في اي تقرير او حساب او بيان بشأن الضريبة . ب - كل شخص يساعد او يحرض او يعاون او يغوي او يشوق او يستميل شخصا آخر ليحرر او ليقدم تقريرا او بيانا كاذبا من التقارير والبيانات المطلوبة بموجب هذا القانون او يمسك او يحضر حسابات او بيانات كاذبة او ناقصة باي دخل كان يجب دفع الضريبة عنه بموجب هذا القانون . ٢ - على السلطات المالية ان تزيد الضريبة من مثلين الى ثلاثة امثال عن الدخل الذي وقع تقديم التقارير والبيانات الكاذبة واخفاء المعلومات بشأنه . ٣ - ويعاقب بالحبس لمدة لا تقل عن ستة اشهر ولا تتعدى الستين كل من استعمل الغش او الاحتيال للتخلص من اداء الضريبة المفروضة بموجب هذا القانون كلها او بعضها .

B - Every person who assists, instigates, aids, entices, encourages, or induces another person to prepare or submit a false report or statement among the reports and statements required under this law, or who keeps or prepares false or incomplete accounts or statements for any income for which tax must be paid under this law. 2 - The financial authorities must increase the tax by two to three times on the income for which false reports and statements were submitted and information was concealed. 3 - Anyone who uses fraud or deception to evade paying the tax imposed under this law, in whole or in part, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of not less than six months and not exceeding two years. المادة الرابعة والخمسون -

١ - يعاقب بعد ثبوت الجرم امام المحاكم بغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين دينارا ولا تزيد على مائتين وخمسين دينارا او بالحبس لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة اشهر ولا تتعدى السنة الواحدة او بكلتا العقوبتين .
