Essai historique publié en 2026 aux Éditions Erick Bonnier. Didier Nebot y retrace l'histoire de Rabbi Ephraïm Aln'kaoua (Encaoua), grand rabbin de Tlemcen à l'époque de la Renaissance, qui accueillit les réfugiés juifs fuyant les pogroms d'Espagne de 1391 et mourut en martyr en 1442. L'ouvrage révèle la découverte de son unique manuscrit connu (49 pages) à la Bodleian Library d'Oxford, parmi près de 500 manuscrits juifs jamais restitués, et en propose la traduction intégrale en français.
