La Bibliothèque royale du Danemark (Det Kongelige Bibliotek), fondée en 1648, possède un fonds hébreu constitué principalement au XVIIIe siècle grâce aux acquisitions des orientalistes danois et aux relations commerciales de la communauté séfarade de Copenhague. Il comprend des manuscrits bibliques, des textes de philosophie juive médiévale et des documents de la communauté séfarade de Fredericia. Ce fonds est partiellement numérisé via le portail Rex. La bibliothèque possède également des archives uniques sur les Juifs du Danemark à l'époque de la Réforme.
