Scribe juif de l'Espagne du XVᵉ s. Il est le copiste d'un manuscrit biblique hébreu conservé à la bibliothèque de San Lorenzo de El Escorial (cote G. II. 19), daté du 17 iyar 5213 (1453). La famille Usillo/Usiellys est attestée dans les documents espagnols du XVᵉ s. (Huesca, Calahorra, Osca).
