שמעון אבקסיס

Né à Mogador en 1859, il y étudie et enseigne la Torah, puis s'installe à Casablanca en 1931 où il enseigne à la yéchiva Keter Torah. De retour à Mogador, il siège au tribunal rabbinique d'Abraham Ben Soussan. Auteur de plusieurs ouvrages de sermons, de commentaires talmudiques et de responsa. Décédé le 17 Nissan 5719 (1959).
