Rabbin et mohel de la communauté juive algérienne, connu pour un calendrier hébraïque annuel qu'il éditait (17e année de parution en 5704 / 1943-1944, financé par des annonces commerciales locales). Ce calendrier réunissait informations liturgiques, textes de prières, fêtes, traductions français/hébreu et avis communautaires — devenu un document de mémoire de la judéité algérienne.
