הלל זיידמן
געגנט: Buczacz, Varsovie, puis Brooklyn (New York)
Docteur de l'université de Varsovie (formé auprès de l'historien Majer Bałaban), il fut nommé en 1937 directeur des archives de la communauté juive de Varsovie, poste conservé dans le ghetto. Il y tint un journal centré sur la vie religieuse, publié ensuite sous le titre « Journal du ghetto de Varsovie ». Évadé du ghetto en janvier 1943, il émigra aux États-Unis en 1950 et poursuivit une carrière de journaliste yiddish et d'auteur à Brooklyn.
