Tokaj est une ville viticole de Hongrie nord-orientale, mondialement connue pour son vin de Tokaj. Des Juifs participèrent activement au commerce et à la production de ce vin dès le XVIIe siècle, jouant un rôle notable dans les échanges de ce produit d'exportation de prestige.
