الى ابناء الطائفة الاسرائيلية ببغداد
من المهم أن يطلع أبناء الطائفة الكرام ان واردات الغابيلة ، على زهادة ما يدفعه الفرد لصندوق الطائفة وهو عشرة فلوس للكيلو الواحد، تتوقف عليها ادارة مدارس الطائفة ومستشفياتها وسائر مؤسساتها الخيرية . فمن ذلك ان مخصصات المدارس بلغت في السنة الاخيرة (١٥٢٢٥) دينارا والمستشفيات (٤٣٢٧) دينارا والمؤسسات الخيرية (٨٤٢٨) دينارا . فعليه ان انقطاع هذا المورد او اختلاله بسبب عدم شراء لحم الكاشير سيؤدي حتما الى غلق هذه المؤسسات التي تخدم ابناء الطائفة على اختلاف طبقاتهم . ولما كان سيادة الحاخام ساسون خضوري قد قدم استقالته الى معالي وزير العدلية ، فان رئيس المجلس الجسماني يقوم بادارة أعمال رئاسة الطائفة بالنيابة عملا بالفقرة الثانية من المادة '٧' من قانون الطائفة الاسرائيلية لسنة ١٩٣١ وعليه فاني أدعو ابناء الطائفة الكرام الى مؤازرتنا ومعاضدتنا في تمشية أمور الطائفة والله الموفق .
