رقم (١٢) لسنة ١٩٥١ قانون ذيل قانون مراقبة وادارة أموال اليهود المسقطة عنهم الجنسية العراقية رقم ٥ لسنة ١٩٥١

بموافقة مجلسي الاعيان والنواب أمرنا بوضع القانون الآتي :-

المادة الاولى - تجمد من تاريخ نفاذ هذا القانون أموال اليهود العراقيين الذين غادروا العراق بجواز سفر . اعتبارا من اليوم الاول من سنة ١٩٤٨ وتطبق عليها أحكام القانون رقم ٥ لسنة ١٩٥١ والانظمة الصادرة أو التي تصدر بموجبه .

المادة الثانية - أ - كل عراقي من اليهود تشمله المادة الاولى عليه أن يعود الى العراق خلال شهرين من تاريخ البيان الذي يصدر وفق الفقرة الآتية . ب - على البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية العراقية في الممالك الاجنبية أو من يرعى حقوق العراقيين فيها من الهيئات الدبلوماسية أو القنصلية أن تنشر بيانا في احدى صحف عاصمة تلك المملكة تطلب فيه ممن تشملهم أحكام الفقرة السابقة الرجوع الى العراق خلال شهرين اعتبارا من تاريخ نشر ذلك البيان .

Number (2949) Year Twenty-ninth Al-Waqai'i al-Iraqiya (The Official Gazette of the Iraqi Government) - Published by the General Directorate of Propaganda in Iraq Registered at the Central Post Office in Baghdad under number (4) Annual subscription fee: Two Dinars in the capital and Two Dinars and five hundred fils outside the capital Price per single copy (20) fils Thursday - 14 Jumada al-Akhira year 1370 and 22 March year 1951 Number (12) for the year 1951 Law Appendix to the Law on Monitoring and Administering the Property of Jews Stripped of Iraqi Nationality No. 5 of 1951 With the approval of the Senates and the Chamber of Deputies, we ordered the enactment of the following law:- Article 1 - From the date of the enforcement of this law, the property of Iraqi Jews who left Iraq with a passport starting from the first day of the year 1948 shall be frozen, and the provisions of Law No. 5 of 1951 and the regulations issued or to be issued pursuant to it shall apply to them. Article 2 - A - Every Iraqi Jew covered by Article 1 must return to Iraq within two months from the date of the statement issued according to the following paragraph. B - Iraqi diplomatic and consular missions in foreign kingdoms or those diplomatic or consular bodies that look after the rights of Iraqis therein must publish a statement in one of the newspapers of the capital of that kingdom requesting those covered by the provisions of the previous paragraph to return to Iraq within two months starting from the date of publication of that statement.
