استنادا" الى تعليمات المحاسب السيد سليم كباي قمت بوضع تصميم الطابق الثاني للبناية المذكورة آنفا" وهي تكلف كما ذكرت في كتابي سابقاً ثلاثة آلاف دينار ويمكن تأجيرها جميعاً بمبلغ حوالي ٥٠٠ دينار وهي صالحة لكي تكون سكنى للعائلات او محلات للأطباء او المحامين او المهندسين . والبناية قسمت الى ثلاثة اقسام { لونتها بالوان ثلاثة لسهولة تميزها } هذا ولكم الأمر .
