لا يخفى على سعادتكم ان ذبح الاغنام خارج المجازر من الامور مخالفة للقوانين المرعية لتعلقها بالصحة العامة ولانه يؤدي ايضا تهريب رسوم البلديات ورسوم الفابيلة التي تستوفيها ادارة الطائفة المؤيدة بموجب القانون . وهذه الاغنام المهربة اكثرها ان لم يكن جميعها من النعاج الحوامل الممنوع ذبحها من قبل السلطات الحكومية وذلك بقصد الاستفادة من الاتجار بجلود اللبسه .

حقائق واباطيل (3) لو ذات سوار لطمتني ! العرب واليهود في ميزان المنطق بقلم سلمان الصفواني

يمضي اليهود في رسالتهم قائلين : (كلما تأملتم جيداً ، تجلت لكم الحقائق ، كما هي واضحة غير خافية ، وانتم على العكس ، في جريدتكم « اليقظة » التي لا تحمل من اسمها نصيباً معقولاً - تتحدون الواقع - وتتجاهلون الحقائق . وتتعامون عن مهانة حال العرب ، ووضعهم المزري بين الامم . فلا يملأون اعين اعدائهم ، ولا يتكلف صديقهم ، ضياع جهد في التفكير لاجلهم ، فاعلم يا هذا : - ان العرب أهون امراً ، مما تتصوره في احلام يقظتك ، وان هذا الفراغ الواسع المسمى البلاد العربية سنة الخلود والاجيال ، في وقت فات اهله العرب ، ركب المدنية ، فعز عليهم المنال ، لطول مسافة الخلف الشاسعة ، فخلت بلادهم ونفوسهم من مقومات الحياة الصحيحة ، فليس باستطاعتهم اليوم ان يقفوا على ارجلهم الا بمساعدة من الغير ، وهيهات لهذا الغير ان يساعدهم اعتباطاً !...)

وفي هذه السطور ، كما يرى القارئ ، تتجلى « الوقاحة » اليهودية بأجلى معانيها ، ورحم الله من قال بأن « الحياء نقطة » فاذا سقطت هذه النقطة من الوجوه لم تعد تستحي من شيء تقوله او تفعله ، والا فلو جاز لاحد ان يخاطب العرب بمثل هذا الكلام ، او يصفهم به فان اليهود آخر من يحق لهم ذلك ، لانهم ضربوا رقماً قياسياً في « المهانة » ووضعهم « المزري » بين الامم معروف ، فما من « شرذمة مرذولة » اتفقت المجتمعات في الشرق والغرب على طردها من بين ظهرانيها كما يطرد السليم الاجرب من حوله كالعصابات اليهودية المنبوذة . فالكيان الموقت الذي ظفر به اليهود كانت نتيجة عاملين اولهما سلبي ان كانوا لا يعلمون ، والثاني ايجابي اقتضته الظروف الطارئة التي لا تلبث ان تزول ، ويزول معها ما تسبب منها وترتب عليها من نتائج .

اما العامل السلبي فهو اتفاق مصلحة الدول المختلفة على طرد اليهود من اوربة وتطهير مجتمعاتها من دنسهم وشرهم ، وقد استدعى هذا العامل السلبي ان تدفع اوربة باليهود الى فلسطين بالذات لانها محط انظارهم ، ومهوى افئدتهم فحسب ، بل لاعاقة « البعث العربي » الذي برز الى الوجود قوة سياسية جديدة تملك عصب الحرب ، وخيرات السلم ، وطرق المواصلات الخطيرة ، بين القارات الثلاث ، فاوربة هي التي نفخت في « الهيكل اليهودي » من روحها ، واقامته شبحاً يوهم الناظر اليه بانه كائن حي ، وما هو في الواقع الا مخلوق صناعي كالذي يضعه الامريكان في مخازنهم التجارية آلة صماء تتحرك بارادة صاحبها وعلى هواه ، وهذا هو العامل الثاني . فاين « مقومات الحياة الصحيحة » في هذه الآلة يا ترى ؟

ان دويلة العصابات اليهودية تعيش الآن على الاستجداء والصدقات ، وعلى التزوير والتهريب ، وعلى بيع الضمائر والاخلاق ، أفهذه هي مقومات الحياة الصحيحة التي يزعمون بأن بلاد العرب ونفوسهم قد خلت منها ؟!

B03 · paragraph / arabic ⟦line⟧ يختلف الناس في سائر طبقاتهم باخلاقهم وطبائعهم ونفسياتهم ومكاناتهم الاجتماعية ففيهم الصالح والطالح وفيهم الحمش والسيء وفيهم المرن والصلب وفيهم صاحب المكانة الرفيعة من اصحاب الفضيلة وفيهم من هم في الدرك الاسفل من طبقات الشعب وهم اصحاب الرذيلة ويتميز بعضهم عن البعض الآخر بهذه الصفات فقد يسترعي انتباهك انسان دون غيره من الناس ويكون هذا الانسان موضع حديث والمجالس والاندية وحتى المقاهي فيتقولون فيه حسب الاوصاف التي اتصف بها والطبائع التي انطبع بطابعها . على ان انتباهك والتفاتك هذا لا يكون عفواً ومن دون سابق ، فلابد من ميزة تميزه عن سواه . وفي الغالب ان يجتمع اناس من سن واحدة ومن طبقة واحدة وعلى مستوى واحد من الثقافة واذا باحدهم بينهم وتحس انت بوجوده ويكبر في عينك واذا بغيره كأنهم اصفار على اليسار . وانت في الغالب ايضاً تميل الى احد رفاقك او تكرهه او تخافه بسبب ربما كان خافياً عليك فلا تعرف كنهه او لا تستطيع ان تفسر العامل الخفي بهذا الميل ، وكل ما هنالك انك تشعر بأنه انسان يختلف عن غيره ويستحق ما اثاره في نفسك من حب او بغض او خوف . وهذا النوع من البشر هم المحظوظون ويطلق عليهم في عرف الجيل الحاضر ( اصحاب الشخصية ) وليس من الضروري ان يكون المحظوظ او صاحب الشخصية ذا نفوذ ، مرهوب الجانب او موفور الغنى او كبير المنصب وكما يكون المحظوظ فرداً من الافراد يكون من المحظوظين امة من الامم او شعب من الشعوب او طائفة من الطوائف فمن الطوائف المحظوظة الطائفة الاسرائيلية . فرغم اجماع الدول العربية على عدوان اسرائيل ، اصبح في حكم المقرر لدى العصابة الموتورة او ما يعبر عنها البعض بدولة اسرائيل المزعومة اعتبار يهود العالم رعايا لتلك الدولة اللقيطة وان الحرب التي دارت بين تلك العصابة وبين دول الجامعة العربية كانت خير دليل على العدوان وعلى ظهور روح التمرد على اصحاب الحق الشرعي فقد فرضت هيئة الامم المتحدة ارادتها على دول الجامعة العربية والزمتها باقرار الهدنة في الوقت الذي اخذت فيه هذه الهيئة تمد يد المعونة الى شراذم الآفاق . وكان لهذه الطائفة نفس الحظوة من لدن حكومة العراق فرغم ان الدول العربية قررت اتخاذ الحيطة في مقاومة هذا العدوان والقضاء على الغاصب وكان من جملة الاحتياطات التي اتخذتها الدول العربية اعتبار اليهود في كافة بلادها رتلا خامساً يلزم مقاومته والقضاء عليه بكل الوسائل الممكنة دون ان تستثنى الدول العربية من اليهود احد . مع هذا كان يهود العراق اكثر حظوة من غيرهم من عنصرهم الخبيث . ولعل فخامة السيد صالح جبر واصحاب المعالي والسعادة ممن كانوا في ندوة البرلمان كانوا اول الذين جادوا ( بما لديهم من كرم حاتمي ) بتشريع قانون اسقاط الجنسية عن يهود العراق وافساح المجال لمن يرغب منهم ترك العراق بمحض ارادته فكان يهود العراق اول اليهود الذين حصلوا على الامتيازات المرموقة التي لم يحصل عليها احد من ابناء العراق اذ ان الاقطار العربية الشقيقة بما فيها مصر العزيزة ذات الكيان العتيد والمدنية القديمة قد وضعت قواعد مخصوصة حددت بموجبها تصرفات اليهود وقيدت اعمالهم دون ظلم احداً او تمنحه امتيازاً ما . كذلك كانت حظوة اليهود الموظفين في السكك الحديدية اكثر من غيرهم من موظفي الدوائر العراقية فقد دافع عنهم الموظف المسؤول في مديرية السكك الحديدية على اثر طلب وزارة الاشغال والمواصلات اليه بيان اسماء الذين وقعوا استمارات الرغبة في ترك العراق لترقين قيدهم واقصائهم عن الوظائف واحلال الابناء البررة من العراقيين محلهم بأن اجاب الوزارة المشار اليها بأن سلوك هذه الخطة من جانب الحكومة يسبب ارتباكاً وليس بوسعه ان يلبي طلب وزارة الاشغال والمواصلات وهكذا حال سعادة الموظف المسؤول دون رغبة الوزارة بمنطقه المفلوج . ولا ندري كيف تولدت روح الغيرة والدفاع عن هذه الشرذمة فقد قيل لنا ان التشريع كان ارتجالياً كما قيل لنا ان المقصود بهذا التشريع ارباك الحالة في اسرائيل ولا كان المقصود الاثراء والحصول على المنافع الشخصية وابداء المساعدة لبعض الذين تعوزهم المادة ونحن لا نرى في هذا التشريع ولا في سياسة الحكومة بتسفير اليهود والتخلص منهم بصورة اجمع وقطع علاقتهم مع العراقيين اية مصلحة اللهم إلا مصلحتهم الخاصة .

ابعاد يهودي ايراني عن البصرة قررت السلطات الادارية في البصرة ابعاد المدعو نعيم ماشاء الله وهو يهودي ايراني عن البصرة لانه غير مرغوب باقامته في العراق حيث ظهر ان سلوكه غير حسن .

اربع قوافل يهودية تغادر البصرة في اسبوع علمنا ان الدائرة المناط بها امر تسجيل اسماء اليهود الراغبين باسقاط الجنسية العراقية عنهم من يهود البصرة واجراء معاملاتهم لتسفيرهم الى قبرص انجزت معاملات كثير من هؤلاء وقد فهمنا ان اربع قوافل يهودية ستغادر البصرة عن طريق الجو الى قبرص في غضون الاسبوع القادم .

كان احد الكتاب ارسل لهذه الجريدة كلمة مطولة عالج فيها اسباب الغلاء وحصر المسؤولية في مديرية الاموال المستوردة واتهمها بحصر استيراد المواد الصوفية وورق الصحف بطائفة معينة من التجار المحظوظين. وقد تريثنا في نشر الكلمة واتصلنا باحد التجار الكبار واطلعناه على هذه الكلمة فنفى حضرته كل ما جاء فيها وقال : ان مديرية المستوردة العامة لم ترفض طلباً قدم اليها مطلقاً وقد اعطت اجازات لكثير من الراغبين غير ان سبب هذا الصعود هو صعود الاموال في محلاتها الانتاجية فمثلاً ان ياردة القماش الصوف في لندن ٥٩ شلناً اي بما يعادل ثلاثة دنانير واذا اضفنا عليها الكمرك ٣٠ بالمائة نجد سعر الياردة اربعة دنانير ونيف ، وقس على ذلك بقية المواد وكلها على هذه الشاكلة واستطرد التاجر يقول : ان مديرية الاموال المستوردة اعطت كل ذي حق حقه ولهذا لم يعد في طاقة المستوردين الطارئين ان يبيعوا اجازاتهم باكثر من واحد بالمائة ، ولا زالت هناك اجازات بمبلغ عشرة ملايين دينار لم يستطع اصحابها جلب اموال فيها ، وان عهد الاستغلال والاتجار بالاجازات قد ولى وادبر .

واتصلنا بسعادة مدير المستوردة العام واستطلعنا رأيه في سبب هذا الصعود الفاحش فاكد لنا الاسباب التي شرحها لنا التاجر المحترم ، وان المديرية لم تعرقل قضية لمستورد مطلقاً واضاف فيما يخص صعود ورق الصحف بان سببه صعود هذه المادة في محلها الاصلي ، وان المديرية جادة في تخفيف هذه الضائقة بوسائل فعالة ثم تكلم عن الشائعة القائلة بحصر الاستيراد بطبقة معينة وفندها بصورة لا تقبل الجدل ، وقد بلغ عدد المستوردين آلافاً مؤلفة بعد ان كانوا في العشرات والمئات ، وبقيت مبالغ لم تستورد لعجز اصحابها وعدم خبرتهم وحقوقهم في بيع الاجازات العائدة لهم ، ولو وقفت المديرية في طريقهم لاقاموا ضجة ما بعدها ضجة ولكن تساهل المديرية وضع حداً لهذا الاستغلال وقال سعادته ان من التدابير التي اتخذتها مديرية الاموال المستوردة منع استيراد المواد الموجود منها في العراق، مثل الاحذية والمواد الكمالية والاشياء التي يتعذر شراؤها على الطبقة المتوسطة والدنيا وانزلت المقادير الهائلة التي تخص المواد المذكورة لعدم حاجة العراق اليها ، لحفظ للعراق ثروة كانت وشيكة على الاضمحلال .

ونحن نقول ان كل ما جاء في هذه التصريحات لا غبار عليه ، ولو كانت الايدي اليهودية تلعب في الاسواق كما لعبت ادوارها في عهود سابقة لما رأينا السوق يحافظ على هدوئه وسكينته ، اذ انه ما برح قسم كبير من تجار اليهود يعتصمون في ابراجهم العاجية وقد جمدوا ثرواتهم ظناً منهم ان مثل هذا التجميد يؤثر على السوق ويفتقدهم المستهلكون ، بيد ان خروجهم من الاسواق كان له احسن الاثر في البلاد فالنظر لما هو مشهور عنهم من المجازفات والمضاربات دون ان يحتفظوا بخط للرجعة او يقيموا وزناً لشرفهم التجاري ، واذا اردنا ان نلقي نظرة على السوق لا نجده يهدد بازمات خانقة ما عدا بضائع محدودة ليست مما يؤثر على المجموع الوسطي للسكان ، يضاف الى هذا ان المنتوجات الصوفية الوطنية لم تزل محافظة على مستواها ولم يستغل اصحابها هذه الازمة ، مثل معامل فتاح باشا وصالح ابراهيم وغيرها من المعامل الصغيرة التي تخص مواد اخرى، ولو سلك العراقيون مسلكاً معقولاً لرأوا انفسهم في غنى عن كثير من المواد المستوردة من الخارج وعسى ان يحكم الناس المنطق ويقبلوا على منتوجاتهم الوطنية .

اعطى مستر وولتر هدلي الحاكم في العاصمة قراره امس في محكمة شرطة كلاركنويل في قضية اللحم الذي بيع بصورة لحم كاشير . ان المحاكمة كانت قد احيلت من محكمة شرطة شمالي لندن لحسمها من بعض النقاط القانونية . اتهم داود كوهين القصاب في شارع كازنوف ببيع لحم عجل وخروف بصورة لحم كاشير وقد تبين انه غير كاشير ولم يذبح على طقوس اليهود الارثودكس . وقد قال المستر هدلي ان كوهين لم يكن بامكانه ان يستحصل اجازة من هيأة الذبيحة وهي الهيأة المخولة حق اجازة ومراقبة الذبح وشروط اللحم المعد لاستهلاك اليهود في لندن لهذا فقد لجأ الى استحصال اجازة من الحاخام شابوتشنيك ليبيع اللحم الذي قال عنه الحاخام المذكور انه كاشير . وقد قال الحاكم " انني مقتنع تماماً ان الحاخام شابوتشنيك ليس له اتباع بين اليهود الارثودكس وان المتهم يعرف ذلك وانه قد باع اللحم بصفة كاشير قصداً وهو يعلم ان اليهود الارثودكس لا يمكن ان يقبلوه " وقد غرم الحاكم المستر هدلي على تهمة استغلال الغش في شروط البضاعة بمبلغ ١٠ جنيهات وامره كذلك بدفع مبلغ ٤ جنيهات كتعويضات اما تهمة بيع اللحم من غير النوع المطلوب فلم ينظر فيها على حدة

Mr. Hedley said that Cohen was unable to obtain a license from the Shechita Board, which is the body authorized to license and supervise slaughtering and the conditions of meat intended for consumption by Jews in London. Therefore, he resorted to obtaining a license from Rabbi Shaposhnik to sell meat that the aforementioned Rabbi said was kosher. The Magistrate said, "I am fully convinced that Rabbi Shaposhnik has no followers among Orthodox Jews and that the defendant knows this, and that he sold the meat as kosher intentionally, knowing that Orthodox Jews could not accept it." Magistrate Mr. Hedley fined him on the charge of exploitation by fraud in the description of goods the sum of 10 pounds and also ordered him to pay the sum of 4 pounds as damages.
