Toll
bilan non établi

The toll is reproduced exactly as the source states it — never rounded, never added to another. Tolls overlap from one event to the next.

The elderly and sick residents of the Venice Jewish rest home are taken away in turn; the last Jewish inhabitants of the ghetto are arrested in the following months.

The residents of the Jewish rest home in Venice are arrested in the summer, in the ghetto, during an operation separate from the raid of the previous winter. These are elderly people, some of them bedridden. They are taken out of Venice and deported eastward; none return. An inscription in the Campo del Ghetto Nuovo commemorates this arrest.
