The Hlubokoe ghetto was liquidated after armed resistance lasting a few hours; the fighters fired from the attics before the buildings were set on fire.

A town in northern Belarus, Hloubokoïe receives in its ghetto the Jews from neighboring localities before being emptied during the summer. Some of those imprisoned, who had gathered weapons and fortified several houses, resist the entry of the columns and set fire to the neighborhood; the others are led toward the surrounding pits.
