Toll
bilan non établi

The toll is reproduced exactly as the source states it — never rounded, never added to another. Tolls overlap from one event to the next.

A city on the Dniepr whose fortified synagogue testified to the antiquity of the community, Bykhaw sees its Jews penned up and then led to the neighboring ravine, where shootings repeated throughout the autumn.

Bykhaw, on the Dniepr, had retained the vestiges of its fortifications and an ancient community settled near the castle. The Jews who could not flee eastward were rounded up in the autumn, led out of the city, and shot in a ravine; their homes were immediately occupied.
