The Brunswick community is gathered and joined to convoys leaving Hanover for the Baltic countries; its property is sold at auction on the spot.

The Jews of Brunswick are deported at the end of the year to Riga, along with those from the surrounding region. The families had previously been gathered in designated houses in the city, then brought to the province's assembly station. Subsequent convoys will depart for Theresienstadt; the city's community then ceases to exist.
