Jews murdered by mobile detachments in Transdanubia
Detachments on tour through Transdanubia murder Jews in Tapolca, Marcali, Izsák, and Tolna.
These tours follow a set route, from town to town, and in each one the same sequence recurs: the arrival of a detachment, the designation of a few names, executions. The methodical character of these sweeps was established by investigations conducted after the regime's stabilization, which resulted only in token prosecutions.
