Rabbin marocain, dont la notice détaillée figure à l'entrée Haïfa. Il rapporte, au nom de son grand-père qui visita Oujda en route vers la Terre d'Israël, le souvenir de vieux Juifs « sans oreilles », mutilés lors du passage du sultan Moulay el-Yazid. En 1921, apprenant l'intention de décorer Rabbi Refael Enkaoua, il lui adressa une lettre élogieuse en vers.
