כתב-יד, "העתק מפנקס המקומות". אובן-ישן (Óbuda, כיום חלק מבודפשט - הונגריה), [תקפ"ד 1824 בערך]. קונטרס עם העתקת רישומים והחלטות מ"פנקס המקומות" בנוגע למקומות של "הר"ר ליזר סג"ל" ב"בית הכנסת הגדולה בעזרת הנשים הראשונה". בין הרישומים, "פשר דבר" בנוגע למחלוקת שהתעוררה על מקומות אלה. הרישומים הם מהשנים תקפ"א-תקפ"ד ועליהם חתום "דוד הקטן הלוי בעטעלהיים". קונטרס דפים, [4] עמ' כתובים. 18 ס"מ. כרוך בכריכה המקורית שעליה תוית-נייר עם השם ומיקום המושב.
