The Jews of Leipzig are gathered in a transit camp set up west of the city, then embarked toward the ghettos of Poland and toward Theresienstadt.

The Jews of Leipzig are deported throughout the year to Riga, to Varsovie, and then to Theresienstadt. The families had been gathered in designated houses and in the premises of a community school. The trade-fair city, where many families from Eastern Europe had settled, then loses its entire Jewish population.
