City on the Wisłoka where Jews were gathered in summer and transported to Bełżec.

Dębica, between Tarnów and Rzeszów, sees its community locked into an enclosed quarter that becomes one of the main gathering points of the district: Jews from neighboring towns are driven there, and the city's train station serves as the departure point for convoys from the entire region. In the summer, the inhabitants are sorted on the square; the sick and the elderly are shot in the nearby forest, while the others are transported to Bełżec. A labor camp attached to Wehrmacht workshops is maintained until the following summer, then evacuated to the camps of Galicia. The community of Dębica ceases to exist.
