Spa town in the Kielecczyzna region whose Jews are assembled in autumn and taken to Treblinka.

Busko-Zdrój, a spa town south of Kielce, had a community established around the trade and services of the thermal resort. The occupation first barred Jews from access to the baths and parks, then confined them to a quarter into which residents from surrounding villages were also pushed. In the autumn, the town was emptied toward Treblinka, the assembly taking place on the square and the journey to the station made on foot. A portion of the men was held back for labor on the agricultural estates of the region, then deported in turn. Busko-Zdrój lost its entire Jewish population.
