Port on the western coast of Crimea where Jews and Karaites lived, Eupatoria sees its Jewish population registered then driven out of the city, the mobile units carrying out shootings near the salt works.
Evpatoria, a seaside resort on the western coast of Crimea, sees its community recorded as early as the occupation of the peninsula. The Jewish inhabitants, along with the Karaites whom the occupier distinguishes from them, are summoned, stripped of their belongings, and led out of the city, where they are shot at the edge of the salt marshes.
