Two days after Proskourov, the same troops of Semossenko reached Felchtine and annihilated the community there.
The proximity of the two dates indicates that this was not an excess: the detachment moves on, applies the same method in the next town, and departs. The distinction between riot and military operation, still debatable in the previous century, is no longer so here.
