The Jews were expelled from the Electorate of Saxony.

The fifteenth century in Germany was the century of expulsions: the imperial cities, then the principalities, drove out their Jews one after another, less through sudden accusation than by council decision, often after having annulled the debts owed to them. The expelled made their way to Poland, Bohemia, and the rural lordships of the Empire.
