كيفية اعطاء السند : بناء على الارادة الملوكية السنية المؤرخة في ٢٤ ربيع الثاني سنة ١٣٢٤ هـ الصادرة بحق مسعودة بنت يوسف اكاف وبناء على القرار الصادر من المحكمة الشرعية في بغداد المؤرخ في ٢٥ ربيع الثاني سنة ١٣٢٤ هـ المتضمن وقف مسعودة بنت يوسف اكاف المذكورة اعلاه الدار المذكورة باسم مسعودة سلمان يوسف اكاف المذكورة اعلاه التي هي ضمن الحدود المذكورة في الطرف المقابل لبيتها المذكورة وتسمى بمدرسة مسعودة سلمان يوسف سلمان ⟦illegible⟧ وقفاً صحيحاً شرعياً مؤبداً لا يباع ولا يرهن ولا يملك ولا يورث ولا ينقل لغير ما سمي له من وقفها وحبسها لوجه الله تعالى وتكون هذه المدرسة لتعليم اولاد وبنات الفقراء والمساكين من الطائفة الاسرائيلية في بغداد بشرط ان يكون المتولي على هذا الوقف هو المجلس الجسماني للطائفة الاسرائيلية في بغداد والوكالة في قبض غلة الملك المذكور وانفاقها في شؤون هذه المدرسة كما يطلب احد العلماء والحجة اللازمة بموجب الفريضة الشرعية من قبل المحكمة الشرعية في بغداد وعند كذا وكذا من قبل المجلس الجسماني وادارة الاوقاف في بغداد في تاريخ ٢٥ ربيع الثاني سنة ١٣٢٤ هـ وان المتولي المذكور ⟦illegible⟧ مسعودة بنت يوسف اكاف في ادارة الطابو في بغداد في تاريخ ⟦illegible⟧ تقسم غلة هذا الوقف فتقوم دائرة الطابو على اليوم المذكور على ان يرسل نسخة لمديرية الطابو في بغداد لاجراء المعاملة وعليه حرر ما هو الواقع في سجلات وقف الوقف الصادرة في محكمة بغداد الشرعية في ٢٥ ربيع الثاني سنة ١٣٢٤ هـ الموافق ٢٤ شباط سنة ٨٢٤ وعليه الف السند في ٢٥ ربيع الثاني سنة ١٣٢٤ هـ حسب مسألة الوقف.
