Erstgeborener Sohn von Mullah Yousef Kohan-Sedgh, Anführer einer religiösen jüdischen Familie in Teheran. Polyglott (Persisch, Französisch, Englisch, Hebräisch), trug er zur Gründung des Kulturzentrums Otzar Ha-Torah bei und war sein erster Präsident.
