Toll
bilan non établi

The toll is reproduced exactly as the source states it — never rounded, never added to another. Tolls overlap from one event to the next.

A district capital in Podolia, Lityn sees its Jewish population confined to a few houses then taken in several waves to the pits of the neighboring forest, over the winter and spring that follow.

Lityn, on the Southern Bug, was home to an ancient community whose synagogue dominated the town. The Jews there were imprisoned, put to work on roads and bridges, then led in columns toward the nearby ravines where the shootings took place in several waves.
