Description
Multi-tiered silver set holding the three matzot, topped by a tray fitted with small dishes for the symbolic foods. Chased decoration spreads arcades, crescents and Ottoman scrollwork. Made in Istanbul or Salonika, it combined the storage of the unleavened breads and the display of the Seder in one ceremonial piece.
