Description
Wall lamp whose backplate reproduces a row of horseshoe arches of Hispano-Moorish inspiration, beneath which eight fonts align. This type, transmitted by the Sephardi Jews, blends Mudéjar geometric ornament with the Hanukkah function. Known through surviving models and their revivals, it illustrates the heritage of the Iberian communities.
