Description
Large wall panel fixed in the synagogue, engraved with the names of the deceased whose death anniversaries are commemorated. Beside each name a small electric or oil lamp is lit on the appointed date. On the marble, gilded Hebrew letters align in columns under a heading such as "Hazkarat neshamot," for remembrance of the souls of departed members.
