Description
Large earrings or temple pendants worn by the Yemenite bride, masterpieces of the silver filigree and granulation whose craft the Jews mastered. Hung from the headdress or temples, they were added to a dense ensemble of necklaces and amulets. Their technical finesse made the reputation of Yemenite Jewish silverwork.
