Enrich the Great Book

סכין מילה עם ידית אגט וכסף, המזרח

Description

Double-edged blade mounted on a precious handle of agate or hardstone banded with silver, the hard material being held a favourable omen. Distinct from mother-of-pearl or bone handled models, this Eastern type was kept in the mohel's case.
