Mezuzah case of hammered copper stamped with floral and geometric motifs typical of Baghdadi metalwork. A window or an engraved letter shin marks the place of the divine Name. Affixed to the doorpost, it belongs to the rich coppersmithing of Mesopotamian Jews.
