Rabbin espagnol, fils d'Abraham Galipapa, né à Monzón vers 1310, mort vers 1380. Rabbin à Huesca puis à Pampelune, où il dirige une école talmudique, il appartient à l'école libérale, autorisant par exemple le peignage des cheveux le jour du sabbat, et introduit divers changements rituels, ce qui lui vaut une plainte adressée à Isaac ben Sheshet. Il est l'auteur du traité polémique « 'Emeḳ Refa'im », qui décrit le massacre des juifs de Catalogne de 1348, ainsi que d'un commentaire sur 'Abodah Zarah.
