Financier polonais, agent du premier ministre polonais le comte Brühl, né à Starokonstantinov, en Volhynie, au début du XVIIIe siècle, et mort probablement entre 1770 et 1780. Descendant du rabbin Shalom Shachna de Cracovie, il mit son influence à la cour polonaise au service de ses coreligionnaires, luttant contre la propagation des enseignements sabbatéens et s'employant, avec l'appui du comte Brühl, à protéger les communautés juives face aux persécutions du clergé catholique.
