الحاقا بكتابنا المرقم س / ١٩٥ والمؤرخ في ١٥ / ٢ / ١٩٣٩ . بنتيجة التحقيق ظهر لنا بان محمد رضا شيرازي يحمل جواز سفر صادر من شرطة طهران ومؤشر بالسمة المرقمة ٣٣١ والمؤرخة في ١٦ / ١ / ١٩٣٩ صادرة من مفوضيتنا في طهران تخوله الاقامة في العراق لمدة ثلاثة اشهر . في حين ان التعليمات تخول الرعايا الايرانيين الذين يدخلون بسمات اعتيادية الاقامة لمدة شهر واحد . وعليه نرجو التفضل بموافاتنا بما تنسبونه بحقه باعتباره من علماء الدين الغير مرغوب فيهم .
