١ - بالاشارة الى الفقرة الاولى من الكتاب المشار اليه اعلاه ؛ ان القائم بادارة اعدادية شماش انما هو السيد شاؤول هنى موشي شوحيط وليس الاستاذ شاؤول موسى القائم فعلا بادارة مدرسة فرنك عيني وكالة .

٢ - بالاشارة الى الفقرة الثانية من الكتاب المشار اليه اعلاه ؛ نفيد بان السيدة مارى سيفيان هي مدرسة اللغة الانجليزية في مدرسة شماش الاعدادية في العام الماضي وداخلة ضمن ملاك المدرسة في تلك السنة الموافق عليه من قبل مديريتكم الموقرة .

٣ - بالاشارة الى الفقرة الرابعة من الكتاب المشار اليه اعلاه ؛ فقد أبلغنا كلا من السيدين صبيح حسقيل رحماني واسحق زكريا بلزوم اكمال اوراقهما فورا ؛ وسنرسلها الى مديريتكم المحترمة حال اكمالها .

We request you to note the following :- 1 - With reference to the first paragraph of the letter referred to above; the one in charge of managing Shamash Preparatory School is Mr. Shaul Hani Moshi Shuhait and not Mr. Shaul Musa, who is actually in charge of managing the Frank Iny School in an acting capacity. 2 - With reference to the second paragraph of the letter referred to above; we state that Mrs. Mary Seviyan is the English language teacher at Shamash Preparatory School in the past year and is included within the school's staff for that year which was approved by your esteemed directorate. 3 - With reference to the fourth paragraph of the letter referred to above; we have notified both Mr. Sabih Haskel Rahmani and Ishaq Zakaria of the necessity of completing their papers immediately; and we will send them to your respected directorate once they are completed. 4 - With reference to the seventh paragraph of the letter referred to above; there are no lessons in this school in social subjects ⟦...⟧ except for two lessons on the subject of Iraq's conditions, the teaching of which was assigned to Mr. Muhammad Hassan al-Souri, the Arabic language teacher.
