La Birkat ha-Cohanim est la bénédiction triple par laquelle les descendants d'Aaron bénissent l'assemblée, selon la formule du Livre des Nombres. Récitée par les Cohanim les mains levées et recouvertes du talith, elle fait partie de la répétition de la Amida. La fréquence varie : quotidienne en Terre d'Israël et dans de nombreuses communautés orientales, plus rare dans la diaspora ashkénaze.
