Boulay-Moselle (Bolchen), bourg mosellan de Lorraine, abrita une communauté juive rurale attestée au XVIIIe siècle avec synagogue et cimetière. Comme dans de nombreuses localités de Moselle, la communauté se développa sous lettres de protection et s'organisa consistorialement après 1808.
