سبق ان وجهت اليك انذارا بواسطة كاتب عدل الشمالي ببغداد بتاريخ ٢١ / ٤ / ١٩٥٧ تحت عدد عمومي ٥٩١٤ . انبأتك فيه بوجوب اعادة الجدار الى حالته السابقة مع رفع البناء المشيد عليه . وحيث ان مدة الاتفاق تنتهي في الرابعة عشر من شهر صفر لسنة ١٣٧٨ هجري يجب عليك بارجاع الجدار الى ما كان عليه سابقا واذا تأخرت عن التنفيذ في اليوم المعين ساكون مضطرا على اقامة الدعوى وتحميلكم جميع المصارف من رسوم ومحام ومن اضرار وغير ذلك . وكذلك ملزمة باداء خمس دنانير يوميا كأجر الى حين الاستلام وقد اعذر من انذر .
